🕒 Full-Time Position | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Are you a creative individual with a passion for design and a sharp eye for detail? Print N Paper is looking for a motivated team player to join our crew! We’re a locally-owned print and design shop in Moneta, VA, where creativity meets quality—and we’re growing!
What You’ll Do:
This is a dual-role position combining graphic design and production work. You’ll work directly with clients and bring their ideas to life through a variety of print, digital, and physical media.
Design Duties Include:

Designing business cards, flyers, magazines, brochures, and rack cards

Creating digital and social media graphics

Designing for banners, signs, and stickers

Making basic website changes and updates (WordPress or similar platforms)
- Working front retail counter
- Assisting with FedEx Shipments
- Running Copies and Prints

Collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life
Production Work Includes (Training Provided):

Sign production
-
Embroidery
-
Screen printing
-
Business cards, posters, rack cards, and brochures

Assisting with print finishing, quality control, and packing orders

Occasionally lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs
What We’re Looking For:

Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)

Detail-oriented and organized
-
Comfortable interacting with clients and the public

Basic math and measuring skills

Website update experience is a plus

Production experience is a bonus—but we’ll train the right person!

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
